Tyee Wine Cellars Annual Summer Concert
Saturday, July 24, 2010
6:30 p.m until dark


Rain or shine, join us at Tyee Wine Cellars for the 20th annual concert.  Tickets go on sale for $12 at Grass Roots Bookstore on 2nd Street in Corvallis a month before the concert and are available at the gate for $15.  You can also purchase advance tickets by mail up until July 16 by sending a check and a self-addressed stamped envelope to Neal Gladstone, 2725 NW Mulkey Ave., Corvallis OR 97330. Please, no credit cards. 
Bring along some blankets or lawn chairs to sit on, some warm clothes, and sun screen.  There's a sheltered area in case of rain. 
Bring a picnic or indulge in Nearly Normal's excellent vegetarian cuisine.  No alcohol is to be brought in.  Wine tasting is scheduled from noon until 5 p.m. Tyee wine will be available for purchase
We will gather in the covered area for a picnic dinner about 5:15 p.m. before the concert.  Please contact Marilyn Roland, 541-752-5257, or email rolandm2@comcast.net if you plan to attend. 
Neal Gladstone and Company are local musicians who perform unique songs which are composed by Neal Gladstone.  Some songs are humorous, some are serious, some are quirky, and a few are political.  Can you imagine tunes about "oatmeal" or “grapefruit"?  Neal writes about turning 50, hair loss, Dodge Dart, American Dawg, Little Fish in a Big Ocean, etc. The group has fans of all ages in the Corvallis community.  To learn more about the group, peruse the website www.nealgladstone.com.
Directions to Tyee Winery: Tyee Wine Cellars is located on Greenberry Road two miles west of US 99S, 7 miles south of Corvallis.  Turn off of 99 at the Greenberry Store.
