Order your lunch in Ray’s deli and take it to the community room where you can eat and chat with friends and new acquaintances before the program. Seats of Government-Then and Now Friday, October 22, 2010 8:45 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Meet at Salbasgeon Suites parking lot at 8:45.a.m. Come caravan in carpools with AAUW members and guests for a full day of adventure and learning! 10:00-11:30 a.m. Special program at historic Champoeg State Park, seat of Oregon’s first government. Noon-1:30 p.m.-Lunch at Adam’s Rib Steak House, 1210 State St., Salem 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Denny Santos, Governor Kulongoski’s Senior Policy Advisor, will speak to us about women’s rights in Oregon. We will also have a tour of the Capitol. 4:30 p.m. State Representative Sara Gelser will speak to us about women’s issues.
