Bring yourself, friends and guests to our fall welcome back gathering! Order your lunch in Ray’s deli and take it to the community room where you can eat and chat with friends and new acquaintances before the program.

Seats of Government-Then and Now
Friday, October 22, 2010 8:45 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Meet at Salbasgeon Suites parking lot at 8:45.a.m.

Come caravan in carpools with AAUW members and guests for a full day of adventure and learning!
10:00-11:30 a.m.  Special program at historic Champoeg State Park, seat of Oregon’s first government.
Noon-1:30 p.m.-Lunch at Adam’s Rib Steak House, 1210 State St., Salem
2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.  Denny Santos, Governor Kulongoski’s Senior Policy Advisor, will speak to us about women’s rights in Oregon. We will also have a tour of the Capitol.
4:30 p.m. State Representative Sara Gelser will speak to us about women’s issues.

After our busy and informative day, it’s back to our cars for our return home!
